The Stirling Psychology team believe everyone has the capacity for change and are committed to providing high quality, actionable
help.
At Stirling Psychology we do this through evidence-based treatments, grounded in thorough assessment and compassionate,
authentic, therapeutic relationships. We recognise people want a more holistic integrated approach tailored to their individual needs,
and a growing evidence-base supports the effectiveness of such a model.
Stirling Psychology provides individual and couples therapy. With a calm and friendly boutique feel, we aim to create a warm and
welcoming environment for our clients. In 2018, we recognised the need for accessible psychology support so we began offering
individual and couples counselling online.
At Stirling we wanted to do something a little different. To utilise our knowledge to provide information and resources, beyond
the therapy room. Providing both tangible and online tools that emulate Stirling's Psychology practice.. So we created Stirling
Relationships and Stirling Wellness.
Stirling Wellness offers a range of DIY Psychology products, from online courses through to gift boxes and strategy cards. Giving you
the tools, knowledge and resources to make meaningful change in your life.
Stirling Relationships offers a range of relationship solutions including luxury retreats, affordable online relationship courses, and a
range of products that recognise the important role relationships play in our happiness and overall wellness..
"We have created a boutique practice that we love working in. We value the importance of building a great culture as we believe if you create a warm, authentic, and supportive practice not only do you attract the best people, you also ensure the highest quality of care for your clients."
Our values are the foundation of how we operate as a practice and how we interact with each other, our
clients, referring partners and organisations. We believe that all of our values are equally important and help us to maintain our high
standards of practice, as well as ensuring we all get to enjoy being a part of Stirling.

In Native American culture, hummingbirds are seen as healers and bringers of love, good luck and joy. With the
goal of empowering people to live their best lives, we chose the hummingbird in our logo to convey an uplifting sense of freedom.
